💼 About This Role

You'll manage Gopuff's W2 driver program, ensuring efficient onboarding and staffing. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver a great driver and customer experience. This hybrid role reports to the Philadelphia HQ on a hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor W2 driver applicant flow from onboarding to first delivery.
• Manage rosters for W2 driver locations, ensuring capacity and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HR/HRIS/IT on technical integrations for driver program.
• Assist W2 site leaders in managing their driver roster.
• Serve as main point of contact for driver support inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• Business specialist certification or administrative experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Strong operations skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
