Description

You will drive the growth and operational excellence of Link, Stripe's digital wallet with 200M+ users, by shaping product strategy, designing commercialization plans, and executing data-driven initiatives alongside cross-functional teams. This role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution to scale the product and optimize pricing for users.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in management consulting, business operations, or product management
  • Experience at intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate value to non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Shape product strategy and roadmap with market and competitive insights
  • Design and execute commercialization strategies across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering
  • Build data-driven analyses and track indicators for user launch success
  • Define customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing models for new products
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth through data-driven recommendations
