💼 About This Role

You'll join the Clearing & Operations team at Tower Research Capital, a leading quantitative trading firm. You'll ensure smooth trade lifecycle management, minimizing operational risk. This role offers exposure to global markets and prime brokerage relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor trading and process PNL reporting
• Affirm trades and minimize operational risk
• Reconcile positions, trades, cash, NAV, and fees
• Investigate breaks raised by trading desks and counterparties

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 1-5 years experience in trade support or post trade operations
• High level MS Excel knowledge (Look-ups, Pivot Tables, Conditional Statements)
• Ability to work with large scale data reconciliations
