💼 About This Role

You'll join Pantheon's DnA Portfolio Analytics team to support firm-wide analytics for evergreen vehicles and single-asset GP-led secondaries. You'll partner with Core Portfolio Management, Investments, and Technology to drive data-informed portfolio decisions. This role offers exposure to semi-liquid fund structures and a chance to systemize strategic analytics across the firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform fund- and asset-level analytics including value driver and risk-return analysis.
• Execute deal-level attribution and sector analytics to separate market vs. idiosyncratic returns.
• Produce scenario, risk-concentration and macro-trend analyses for portfolio decisions.
• Systemize data pipelines and build analytical dashboards with Technology and DnA teams.

📋 Requirements

• Private markets experience in analytics, portfolio management, investments or risk.
• High proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Return attribution and risk-adjusted metrics expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Data Science or related field.
