You'll support payment operations and field teams, ensuring smooth execution of merchant-related logistics and administrative duties. You'll manage supplies, assist with contract maintenance, and liaise between departments. This role is key to merchant network management at a fast-growing fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage goodies and supplies per internal rules and branding policy.
  • Assist with field staff requests following SLA guidelines.
  • Track merchant supplies and ensure proper dispatch and usage.
  • Maintain merchant contracts and update system information.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience supporting merchants or agents in a back-office admin role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business admin, or related field.
  • Basic supply management knowledge (procurement, stock, shipments).
