💼 About This Role

You'll work with a team of teachers to support elementary students in a charter school network. You'll guide students in collaborative learning centers and provide small-group tutoring in literacy and math. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education equity in underserved communities.

• Motivate students in learning activities and maintain high behavioral expectations.
• Guide students in collaborative centers through observation and discussion.
• Tutor small groups on literacy and math using Rocketship curricula.
• Conduct monthly progress monitoring assessments and communicate results.

📋 Requirements

• Commitment to Rocketship's mission and vision.
• Passion for working with children and ability to motivate them.
• Previous experience managing or teaching elementary-age students preferred.
• Basic computer skills including troubleshooting.
