You'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team, focusing on creating structure and efficiency in delivering marketing initiatives. You'll facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring franchise partners receive timely support and driving the marketing roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and manage the marketing roadmap to ensure timely campaign launches.
• Govern the master Marcom calendar as the single source of truth.
• Facilitate workflow between creative and social teams for asset hand-off.
• Act as the primary contact for franchisee inquiries and support.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to present and facilitate meetings for large groups
• High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management tools
