• Build and lead the general product team, hiring and mentoring PMs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 8+ years of product experience, including 3-5+ years managing product teams.
• Experience with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms.
• Ability to balance technical implementation, user experience, and business goals.
