You'll take the GTME Talent Marketplace from a high-taste manual motion to a scalable program, owning vetting, ENT-side pipeline, and match-making. Your core impact is turning marketplace quality into measurable, repeatable outcomes that close the loop on why someone should invest in becoming a great GTME.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute GTME vetting rubrics and processes
• Build ENT-side pipeline sourcing and qualification
• Manually run match-making and design measurement layer
• Close cross-functional loops across Campus, Community, and Partnerships

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating a two-sided marketplace with focus on match quality
• High-taste in assessing talent and holding quality bar
• Ability to build scalable systems from manual processes
• Cross-functional collaboration and pipeline management skills
