🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and other channels
• Oversee specialized accounts requiring strong business knowledge
• Process data entry and order management for exceptions
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business interactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced understanding of order lifecycle systems (ERP, OMS, Salesforce, WMS)
• 1+ years of Wholesale Order Management Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a Runner Experience Specialist
