You'll provide 100% on-site technical support to XP Inc. employees as a Jovem Aprendiz on the Service Desk team. You'll triage and resolve software/hardware incidents, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining detailed records.

• Provide on-site technical support to employees
• Triage and diagnose software/hardware issues
• Install and configure software and systems
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and organized profile
