💼 About This Role

You'll lead electronics and FPGA development for a non-invasive neuromonitoring device at a cutting-edge medtech startup. You'll personally design complex mixed-signal systems and drive the transition from prototype to medical-grade production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical roadmaps for electronics and FPGA development
• Lead end-to-end design of mixed-signal electronic systems and multi-layer PCBs
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-8 electronics and FPGA engineers
• Drive prototype-to-production transition with manufacturing partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive electronics engineering experience
• Hands-on FPGA development using Xilinx/AMD Vivado with RTL coding
• Experience with high-speed digital design (LVDS, JESD204B, SerDes, HDI PCBs)
• Working knowledge of IEC 60601-1, ISO 14971, and ISO 13485

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in optical laser interferometry, OCT, or optical biophysical measurement
• Experience with high-throughput real-time DSP pipelines in FPGA fabric
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt qualification
