💼 About This Role

You'll own the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery, building AI-native software using tools like Claude Code and Cursor. You'll work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand real needs and ship working product fast. This role combines product thinking with hands-on building in a zero-to-one moment for a company that already has customers and credibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Join customer calls to extract real requirements and build the solution
• Use AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to ship working software
• Scope features sensibly and make tradeoffs between speed and correctness
• Test your own work adversarially covering edge cases and bugs

📋 Requirements

• Product instinct thinking in users, workflows, and outcomes first
• Working knowledge of frontend vs backend tradeoffs and REST APIs
• Understanding of databases and data modelling basics
• Familiarity with deployment environments (staging, production, CI/CD)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shipping products in a startup environment
• A side project you actually finished
• Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing
