You'll lead the IT Service Desk for a fast-growing fintech, owning the support experience for over 950 employees across Europe. You'll set the standard for quality, drive process improvements, and directly enable productivity. This role offers real autonomy to shape how IT support scales at Mollie.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day IT support operations across European offices
  • Lead and mentor a team of Service Desk technicians
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a Service Desk team
  • macOS and iOS device management expertise
  • Jira Service Management and ITIL knowledge
  • Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, or similar IAM tools

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple countries
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Automation scripting skills
