Description

You will drive product strategy at the intersection of database security, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration, ensuring are products are built on secure, standards-based foundations. You'll collaborate with engineering teams across multiple domains to embed security consistently across all products and services, translating customer and market insights into action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years experience in security engineering, product management, or related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of database security, key management, encryption standards, and secure API design
• Familiarity with KMIP, OAuth, OIDC, and other interoperability protocols
• Experience integrating or governing AI/ML systems and securing intelligent workloads

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy emphasizing security by design across data management, application integration, and AI-enabled components
• Conduct customer and market research to identify security challenges and compliance requirements, translating insights into product features
• Champion and implement security and interoperability standards (KMIP, OAuth, OIDC, TLS, quantum-resistant encryption) within product architectures
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance encryption, key lifecycle management, auditing, and access control in on-premises and cloud-hosted environments
• Guide secure integration of AI-powered features and Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to ensure data privacy and interoperability
