🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for avionics systems
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans and work instructions
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing challenges
• Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of avionics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering in aerospace or avionics
• 3+ years experience in vibration test fixture design and manufacturing
• 3+ years experience in thermal vacuum fixture design and manufacturing

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX)
• Knowledge of IPC standards and lean manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with avionics testing and troubleshooting
