You'll coach your team, drive pipeline through inbound/outbound channels, and collaborate with regional sales and marketing stakeholders to improve quality and quantity. This role offers the chance to make a personal impact in the global employment space while working fully remotely.

  • Coach Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound pipeline goals
  • Develop team members' sales skills and level up their current skill set
  • Deliver process and content improvements to accelerate SDR effectiveness
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and Marketing to improve pipeline quality

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast growing tech company
  • Track record of success driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
  • Familiarity with robust tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ
  • Writes and speaks fluent English

  • Experience in a closing role strongly preferred
  • Experience working remotely considered a plus
