You'll lead Sales Development Representatives to generate a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for a global HR platform. You'll coach your team, drive pipeline through inbound/outbound channels, and collaborate with regional sales and marketing stakeholders to improve quality and quantity. - Coach Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound pipeline goals
- Develop team members' sales skills and level up their current skill set
- Deliver process and content improvements to accelerate SDR effectiveness
- Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and Marketing to improve pipeline quality
๐ Requirements
- Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast growing tech company
- Track record of success driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
- Familiarity with robust tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ
- Writes and speaks fluent English

- Experience in a closing role strongly preferred
