💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to provide targeted teaching and support to students in a small self-contained room. You'll help maintain classroom order and safety while assisting students with behavioral challenges. This role follows a school calendar with direct hire.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies
• Maintain classroom order and safety
• Assist in prevention and management of behavioral incidents

📋 Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to change in routines

✨ Nice to Have

• Paraprofessional experience
• Security or Juvenile Justice background
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
• Military Veterans
