🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment like control rate freezers
• Perform final product freezing and storage in LN2
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Lead process development and validation activities

📋 Requirements

• AS/BS in Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry
• 2-4 years of cell processing experience
• 1-2 years in a cGMP-regulated environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Science-related discipline preferred
• High School Diploma with significant relevant experience
