You'll lead the planning, design, and construction of real estate development projects, acting as the owner's representative. You'll be accountable for delivering high-quality assets that meet global brand standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive project lifecycle from feasibility to handover
• Procure and manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Control budgets, cost plans, and variation exposure
• Coordinate design stages ensuring brand compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Eng, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management
• 15+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192)
• Experience with ERP systems and Adobe Creative Suite
