Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year maintenance or yardwork experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude and customer focus

Responsibilities

• Pick up debris and trash from exterior areas
• Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, green spaces, and signage
• Keep trash receptacles, compactor areas, and pet stations clean
• Assist with landscaping: raking, weeding, trimming, watering
• Clean pool decks, courtyards, grilling stations, and amenities
