Description
You will perform daily plant care activities such as watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health to ensure thriving growth stages. You'll assist in transplanting, harvesting, and maintaining optimal room conditions, while keeping accurate records and a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in general production, preferably regulated field for human consumption
- Basic knowledge of plant biology and cultivation techniques preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new cultivation practices
Responsibilities
- Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, and monitoring health
- Assist in transplanting and pruning to support healthy growth
- Monitor room conditions (temperature, humidity, CO2) and report discrepancies
- Assist with harvesting, cutting, and preparing plants for drying
- Maintain accurate records and clean, sanitized work environment
