You'll join our Skilled Nursing team providing one-to-one care in clients' homes. Your core impact is ensuring safe, compassionate, and skilled care for medically complex patients. This role offers consistent schedules and preventive care coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
• Experience with tracheostomy care
• Experience with ventilator management
