💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and help meet sales targets while being a key part of daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
