Description

In this role, you will coordinate and coach a production line team to ensure maximum productivity while enforcing safety, GMP, and SQF policies. You will track production numbers, train new employees, and step in to perform production duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic mathematics skills
• Computer proficiency for data entry
• Willingness to work required overtime

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, coach, and guide production line workers to maintain workflow and productivity
• Enforce safety, GMP, SQF policies, and hygiene standards
• Track line count and update production numbers in computer system
• Train new employees on SOPs and company policies
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
