🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to production incidents and perform triage and troubleshooting.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Enhance monitoring tools and platforms for better observability.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 incident support.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud operations.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and services.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong Linux engineering skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant industry SaaS platforms.
