💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience and use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. You'll help manage daily operations and meet sales targets. This role lets you combine pop culture passion with operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store, and support leadership when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
