💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end production lifecycle for collaborative collections, from tech pack submission through final delivery. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and external brand partners to drive on-time execution. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of production and product development in a fast-paced contemporary apparel brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end production lifecycle for collaborative collections.
• Correspond daily with factories on developments and vendor relationships.
• Submit tech packs, purchase orders, and track product development milestones.
• Negotiate delivery delays and troubleshoot production issues with vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in production or merchandising operations with vendor management.
• Background in fast-paced contemporary/emerging brand (e.g., high-volume DTC).
• Strong understanding of tech packs, garment construction, and sourcing.
• Experience using PLM systems for product and costing data management.
