🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver internal company events and offsites
• Manage end-to-end swag operations and distribution
• Coordinate and improve employee benefits programs
• Design initiatives to boost engagement and culture
• Lead vendor relationships and optimize budgets

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English speaker
• 4+ years in operations, people ops, or event management
• Experience leading a team
• Strong project management skills managing multiple projects
