Description

You will design and implement operational systems and processes to support the Starlink network as it scales to millions of users globally, using operational data to drive improvements in efficiency and reliability, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure effective handover to operations.

Requirements

• Experience in operations development or related engineering role
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate into recommendations
• Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience with process automation and tool development
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and scale Starlink Network Operations processes and tools
• Collect and analyze operations data to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze impact of workflow changes on operations health
• Work with engineering teams to drive design for operations and address scaling issues early
• Manage complete lifecycle of projects including development, testing, deployment and support
