• Hire, onboard, and provide regular feedback to engineers
• Partner with product and design to shape the roadmap

• Proven engineering management experience leading a team
• Hands-on ability with TypeScript and system design
• Experience running sprints and setting clear priorities
• Product-oriented mindset focusing on user outcomes
