🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate daily with agencies, ad networks, and DSPs
• Recruit new partners and research emerging verticals
• Optimize partner performance using mobile marketing dashboards
• Analyze data to drive performance transparency and growth

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in mobile app affiliate or performance marketing
• Track record of scaling affiliate traffic for mobile apps
• Experience managing affiliate networks, agencies, DSPs, and direct publishers
• Analytical mindset with deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, and CR

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with campaign setup and bidding strategies
• Experience with CTV campaigns
