Description

You will design, implement, and maintain intelligence training and standards programs for a special operations community, ensuring personnel remain at the forefront of operational readiness and tradecraft excellence. You'll develop curricula, assess standards, and provide mentorship.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence, education, national security, or related field
• 6+ years military/national security intelligence experience with 2+ years in training/standards/supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of intelligence analysis processes and tradecraft
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver intelligence training programs
• Assess current intelligence standards and identify improvements
• Conduct needs assessments and on-site evaluations
• Author and update training materials, SOPs, and course documentation
• Provide mentorship and subject matter expertise to intelligence personnel
