💼 About This Role

You'll join Jamf to strengthen detection and response to emerging mobile threats. Your core impact will be researching malicious activity and developing detections for Android and iOS devices. You'll also analyze device logs and support incident response efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research new ways to detect malicious activity using custom-built tooling.
• Analyze device logs and search for malicious signs.
• Write and manage detection patterns for mobile threats.
• Stay updated on malware trends and design detections.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Python programming/scripting skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and intrusion detection.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from mobile devices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Malware analysis expertise using Yara rules.
• Knowledge of databases and writing queries (e.g. SQL, KQL).
• Experience with incident response or mobile exploits.
