• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance in the office

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Lift and move equipment and items up to 100 lbs
• Stand for long periods (8+ hours per day)
• Kneel, crouch, crawl, climb as needed
