You'll prepare and sanitize large volumes of client data for ingestion into a healthtech SaaS platform, configuring AI agents and operational parameters to ensure smooth go-lives. Your core impact is making the transition from old ERP systems seamless, turning chaotic processes into efficient workflows. This role is ideal for someone who loves organization and data hygiene.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and clean large volumes of client data from legacy ERPs and spreadsheets.
• Configure client accounts with business parameters, fiscal settings, and payment methods.
• Set up initial behavior of AI agents according to each clinic's business rules.
• Keep project management tools updated to ensure no go-live deadlines are missed.
• Support clients during the first days of use, resolving immediate operational bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• Excel Avançado (PROCV, Pivot Tables, Text/Logic functions, Power Query preferred)
• Experience with productivity tools like Linear, Trello, or Jira
• Strong logical reasoning to understand flowcharts and identify process breaks
• Experience with SaaS B2B implementation or technical support
