Description

In this role, you will hold a key position in the planning, creation, testing, and evaluation of prototypes for our building system development. You will coordinate designs and test plans with subject matter experts, shape innovations in products and manufacturing processes, and directly contribute to operational business goals.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field
• Alternatively, vocational background in timber construction with 5+ years experience
• Experience in designing timber structures is an advantage
• Practical orientation and willingness to manage documentation
• Good command of German and English

Responsibilities

• Plan sample productions and test setups with subject matter experts
• Coordinate capacities and internal material availability
• Design sample parts and prototypes using AutoCAD/Inventor
• Coordinate internal and external testing with test institutes
• Document, analyze, communicate, and discuss results
