💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership and create the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and ensure their success, while supporting daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on fandom.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits.
• Open and close the store, and process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain merchandise displays.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.

• Experience with BOPIS processes.
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Familiarity with planogram implementation.
