💼 About This Role

You'll support Clutch's Canadian wholesale operation by owning day-to-day administration of dealer and export transactions. You'll manage titles, bills of sale, and margin tracking to ensure smooth pickups and clean documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working across teams and auction platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage titles and ownerships end-to-end with auctions
• Own BOS and dealer deal close-out process
• Maintain wholesale margin tracker
• Coordinate lane audits at 3rd party lots

📋 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Experience with data management tools (Airtable or similar) is an asset
