You will drive growth by prospecting into CTOs and technical leaders, managing the full sales cycle for MongoDB products, and developing a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience focusing on closing new workloads and expanding accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across organizations
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Must live in territory (flexible work model)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Grow existing customer base by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products Services
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships
