You will drive growth by prospecting into CTOs and technical leaders, managing the full sales cycle for MongoDB products, and developing a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience focusing on closing new workloads and expanding accounts
- Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across organizations
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Must live in territory (flexible work model)
Responsibilities
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
- Grow existing customer base by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products Services
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
