💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted teaching and support to students, focusing on behavioral management and school safety. You'll implement behavioral program policies and intervene in crisis situations to maintain a secure environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral policies
• Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff
• Maintain classroom order and safety
• Provide general supervision of students inside the school

📋 Requirements

• Illinois PERC or Military Veteran with DD-214
• Experience with school, hospital, mental health, or municipal safety
• At least 23 years of age
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students

• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
