You will manage the operational workflow for lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, push, in-app, and hardware notifications), coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality launches.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with owned marketing channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Experience with marketing project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign timelines from intake through launch
  • Coordinate work across Growth + Member LNC, Creative, and MarTech teams
  • Track campaign milestones and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage campaign intake requests and ensure briefs are complete
  • Run campaign standups and status updates across stakeholders
