You will manage the operational workflow for lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, push, in-app, and hardware notifications), coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality launches.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with owned marketing channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience with marketing project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign timelines from intake through launch
- Coordinate work across Growth + Member LNC, Creative, and MarTech teams
- Track campaign milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage campaign intake requests and ensure briefs are complete
- Run campaign standups and status updates across stakeholders
