You'll be the operational backbone of our certified stenographic reporting service, managing relationships with independent reporters and partner court reporting agencies. You'll ensure timely coverage for events requiring a Certified Stenographic Reporter, coordinating the full workflow from onboarding to transcript delivery. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of client experience, logistics, and service quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate scheduling and coverage of CSRs by geography and format.
• Serve as primary liaison with reporters and agencies, maintaining performance records.
• Confirm event details and provide day-of support to ensure readiness.
• Resolve urgent issues such as late or no-show reporters in real time.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills for spreadsheet-driven environments.
• Proactive and diplomatic communication skills for external vendors.
• Ability to make judgment calls on urgent decisions and shifting priorities.
