🎯 What You'll Do

• Codify top performer behaviors into actionable playbooks
• Diagnose funnel breakdowns and design conversion interventions
• Run onboarding and ongoing training for AEs and SDRs
• Implement structured coaching and call analysis systems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales enablement or GTM operations at a high-growth SaaS company
• Proven ability to improve sales performance through systems
• Experience with Salesforce and funnel metrics
• Strong communication skills to influence ICs and executives

• Experience in healthcare or AI product enablement
• Background in enterprise selling with multi-threading
