You'll shape and elevate the end-to-end product design experience for a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 140+ countries. Your leadership will directly influence the lives of teachers and students globally through an AI-driven platform. This role offers high ownership and real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership
• Build and evolve scalable design practices and AI-enabled workflows
• Own end-to-end design quality and UX

• Product design leadership experience with a product-first mindset
• Deep passion for AI and its application in product development
• Entrepreneurial approach thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership
