Description

You will define and execute Roblox's public policy strategy in the APAC region, shaping regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement to support the company's mission of connecting people through immersive digital experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Policy, Law, Media, Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Public Policy Leader at an internet, e-commerce, social, or gaming company
• Experience working with policymakers, child safety groups, and international organizations
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including business operations, financial, and legal stakeholders
• Experienced with project/program management and managing multiple concurrent deliverables

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive Public Policy for APAC and implement related programs, including local strategy and regulatory commitments
• Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in APAC to proactively protect the business
• Advise internal stakeholders on public policy matters to inform product development and business operations
• Articulate public policy positions in briefing papers and consultation responses
• Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of Roblox on public policy topics
