💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale foundational systems for Serval's AI agent platform, enabling both cloud and self-hosted deployments. You'll ensure high availability and performance of distributed systems and provide infrastructure guidance to enterprise customers. You'll collaborate with a growing team backed by top investors to shape a rapidly evolving AI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate large-scale distributed systems for AI agents and workflows.
• Write Terraform modules to provision cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Build deployment packages and templates for self-hosted enterprise customers.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to customers deploying self-hosted instances.
• Ensure high availability through monitoring, alerting, incident response, and capacity planning.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with self-hosted or on-premises software deployments for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and infrastructure services.

• Experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Background in CI/CD systems and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration systems like Temporal.
