You will design, administer, and monitor sales compensation plans that align with business objectives. This role manages quota-setting processes, validates incentive calculations, and provides actionable insights to optimize compensation strategies while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales operations or finance operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel for budgeting and planning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including reports and dashboards.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales compensation plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support quarterly quota-setting processes and ongoing management.
  • Oversee commission deliverables to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on attainment, payouts, and trends.
  • Ensure adherence to governance policies and audit requirements.
