💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across EMEA, shaping the technical go-to-market strategy for a unified payments platform. You'll drive global revenue growth by partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership. Deliver compelling solution designs and influence the product roadmap for complex enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA Solutions Engineering team.
• Develop and execute the global vision and strategy for Solutions Engineering.
• Own the technical sales strategy and oversee POCs and solution designs.
• Serve as executive partner to Sales and Product, influencing roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading multi-regional Presales or Sales Engineering teams in EMEA.
• 10+ years in technical client-facing roles with software design background.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and go-to-market motions.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
