💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the go-to talent partner for a portfolio of roofing and home improvement brands, owning full-cycle recruiting with a focus on outside sales, contact center, and support staff. You'll partner with field leaders to drive proactive hiring plans and build talent pipelines. This hybrid role offers performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, call center, production, and admin roles.
• Partner with regional leaders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment plans.
• Leverage sourcing channels including job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Conduct screens and manage candidate flow through the hiring process.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience hiring for sales or high-volume roles preferred.
• Proven sourcing skills to build pipelines from scratch.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus).
